  • 本論文主旨乃是利用全球有八成以上國家使用的GSM/GPRS系統,再導入全球衛星定位系統(GPS)與地理資訊系統(GIS),而成的一套兼具有傳訊與套繪的G3嵌入式系統架構。本文所討論的系統可分為兩部份:第一部份是使用者端(Client)與伺服器端(Server)端的訊息傳遞接收,使用者端主要是透過無線網路回報GPS資料,而伺服器端則是著重於接收、儲存、投影及快速穩定的處理使用者端送入的資料;第二部份則是機場平面防撞系統的應用,由於導入了GPS,所有機場平面上移動之物體皆有其定位訊號,再透過無線網路GPRS傳送至伺服器端後,將定位訊號投影在GIS構成的機場平面圖上。與此同時,所有的物體皆有一個防撞警戒圈(Bubble),只要有任意兩個以上的警戒圈互相靠近至危險距離時,系統即自動發出警示提醒監控人員,以防止災害的發生。

    This paper presents a low altitude surveillance system for small aircraft using mobile communication. The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) has been constructed for wide coverage in Taiwan. Client hardware is developed using the embedded system for aircraft to report airborne data to a ground surveillance center. The overall system can detect aircraft GPS data as well as other flight information, transmit through GPRS mobile network, and display on a GIS based surveillance monitor. We term this system a G3 application. System design concept and implementation efforts are presented with very good test results. The data transmission delay is estimated within 0.6 seconds, while the surveillance period is controlled from 5 to 120 seconds. This proposed system has been tested up to 1000 feet above ground level in Taiwan. The proposed G3 system is an excellent solution for small aircraft, especially the ultra-lights.
