  •   在供應鏈管理的衝擊之下,供應商與買方在傳統上敵對的關係已經逐漸被相互依存的合作關係所取代,供應商選擇已不再像以往可以單純經由客觀因素衡量選擇出來,買賣雙方必須經由供應商選擇流程中不斷協商,利用主客觀因素選擇出正確的供應商。因此,在本研究中將提出一個以層級分析法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 供應商選擇方法解決企業供應商選擇(supplier selection)問題,利用Neubert et al.(2003)所提出之協商機制讓買賣雙方可以透過系統進行溝通、讓步,達成協議。接著再以程式代理人系統為基礎(multi-agent-based system)發展系統雛型,以情境模擬加以實證,以期可以提供具有彈性、再使用性之買賣雙方供應商選擇協商系統架構以因應動態環境快速的改變,改善傳統以單方進行供應商選擇決策支援系統所無法提供動態、自動協商功能具系統彈性等問題。本研究將代理人技術應用於供應商選擇與買賣雙方協商機制,具體成果包含提出供應商選擇架構,定義代理人所扮演的角色和責任,最後透過系統實作以情境模擬驗證程式代理人所建構之供應商選擇系統,展現供應商選擇、協商機制與程式代理人之間相輔相成的可能性。
