  • 近年來偽藥問題與日俱增,藥物電子履歷的建置可有效減少偽藥問題。電子履歷規範因地而異,所以EPC在2007年規範了藥物電子履歷的標準。目標即為符合各地之藥物法。然而這份藥物電子履歷並未規範藥物遞送過程中的物流資訊,如溫度、震動。以疫苗為例而言,大部份疫苗只適合在低溫儲存運送,然而疫苗遞送過程中的物流資訊並未包含在電子履歷中,因此本研究提出改善此類缺失。本研究實作一雛型系統以期望能建立一套良好的電子履歷,主要貢獻有二:第一、硬體部份實作“智慧型環境參數記錄器”,用以將物流資訊加入藥物電子履歷中。此智慧型物流資訊記錄器包含時間IC、溫度感測器、震動感測器、記憶體裝置,以及藍芽模組。在物品送達目的端時即透過藍芽收裝置將資訊收集至主機端。第二、實作符合EPC規範之藥物電子履歷標準之軟體。軟體以XML語言作為履歷格式,並且在傳遞過程中加以電子簽章,使得物流資訊文件具有立即性、身份確認性、資料完整性、與不可否認性。

    Recently counterfeit drug problem is getting more seriously. A useful way to reduce this problem effectively is to use ePedigree of drug. EPCglobal has standardized the standard of the ePedigree of drug in 2007. However the ePedigree of drug does not have a standardized form which includes the information of pharmaceutical logistics, such as time, temperature, humidity and the number of shakes when delivering the drug from one place to another. For instance, vaccine is like many other drugs that need to deliver in low-temperature all the time. To notice the important of the logistics information while transporting the vaccine has not been recorded in the ePedigree, our research has designed an improvement for this imperfection.
    There are two contributions in this research: first, hardware implements an “intelligent environmental parameter recorder” which records environmental information in the ePedigree of drug. This “intelligent environmental parameter recorder” is composed of a trickle charge timekeeping chip, a temperature sensor, a shake detecting sensor, memory device and a bluetooth module. When the drugs are transported to the destination, the information of the ePedigree will automatically transfer to destination’s server through Bluetooth.
    Second, we develop the software for the ePedigree of drug according to EPCglobal standard. Our software uses XML language as the format of the ePedigree of drug, and the digital signatures for the course of transporting which make the document with immutability, non-repudiation, security, and authentication. Therefore, the users can inquire about the ePedigree of drug simply through RFID readers. This research implements a prototype by expecting to set up a demonstration system for the ePedigree of drug.
