近年來隨著環境保護及永續發展的意識抬高,企業也將環保的要求灌輸在供應鏈管理之中,所以綠色供應鏈之建構已成為當前提供綠色產品與邁向永續性社會的主要挑戰及潮流。
在全球電子資訊蓬勃發展之下,環保議題也漸漸成為各家大廠在研發新產品之際所重視的一環,因此,支援企業配合綠色工業革命來臨,企業必須聯合上下游供應鏈綠化其供應體系,而實施綠色供應鏈管理勢必付出額外之成本。因此,研究之目的即在探討我國製造業之廠商,實行綠色採購、綠色生產及環境化設計活動是否可為組織本身帶來的實質上的績效,或是提升廠商在產業中的競爭力,及了解目前我國製造業導入綠色供應鏈管理的情形,提供給各公司經理人做為在評估實施綠色供應鏈管理的依據參考。
透過相關文獻資料整理,再發放問卷至國內製造業廠商進行調查,將問卷回收彙整之後,應用統計分析軟體將其資料進行歸納及統計分析,驗證研究之假設是否成立。
研究結果顯示綠色採購、綠色生產及環境化設計對組織績效及競爭力有顯著的正向影響且此三構面間有相互影響之關係存在。
In recent years, green supply chain management has become important to ensure that production network could provide environmentally conscious green products. Initiating green supply chain management practices would increase costs of the enterprise. In view of this, I explore the relationship among green purchasing, green production, design for environment, organizational performance and competitiveness, expecting to provide some meaningful suggestions to the enterprise’s manager.
To collect data by questionnaires survey is the main tool for this study.Based on the study purpose, the characteristics of investigated dimensions and the collected data out of those questionnaires, data were analyzed by statistical method with SPSS software as tool for statistical analysis.
The results found:(1) green purchasing, green production and design for environment, can affect organizational performance positively and significantly; (2) green purchasing, green production and design for environment, can affect competitiveness positively and significantly. (3) a strong correlation among green purchasing, green production and design for environment was verified.
