  • 施工管理工作是將施工現場的狀況用為管理上的控制,傳統上工程現場的資訊主要透過各種的工程施工文件來記錄與傳遞,傳統做法中以人工製作之文件,不僅費時也難以保持正確性,錯誤之二手資訊使得後續的施工管理方法無法有效評估工程績效,此現象在國內十分普遍。
    建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)是近年來興起之資訊管理技術,BIM以3D物件導向模型為基礎提供資訊整合與人員溝通平台,過去BIM被用來作為工程數量計算、衝突檢核、協同合作、排程規劃與建築設計審查等用途之工具,但是這些應用多屬於設計及規劃階段,缺少進入施工階段的後端應用,主因為BIM模型中只存有設計規劃資訊。在導入BIM以後,承包商除了原來的施工管理績效評估外尚需要考量BIM的完成績效,而業主常以模糊的Level Of Detail(LOD)作為使用目標,這樣的模型使用需求不但無法提升施工管理工作之準確性,反而只增加建模的複雜度。
    因此本研究希望以產出施工文件為目的建構資訊傳遞流程,透過制定資訊規範來整合現地施工資訊於BIM Model之中。作法上,首先收集文獻與專案實例資料,定義與BIM相關的文件,再以IIS之概念透過IDEFØ方法分析探討文件與BIM模型在工程專案執行各流程間的關係,找出施工文件之資訊需求,藉以產生建構BIM模型之資訊規範,利用資訊規範來加強LOD不足之處,並以此為依據建構帶有合適資訊的BIM模型,成為一個自動化處理工程資訊之系統。

    This study develops an information specification for using BIM model in generating construction documents. Construction documents keep records of information of the construction project, but are usually manually generated from the information collected at construction sites. This study employs the BIM model to generate information to prevent the errors occur in producing construction documents and show the real situation at the project site.
    Building information modeling (BIM) is an information management technology growing in recent years. It is also a 3D object-oriented model-based information integration and communication platform. People have used BIM in collaborative design, project planning, conflict checking, quantity takeoff, and architectural design review. However, these applications are mostly in design disciplines, applications in construction disciplines are rare. It is because the information within the model is not sufficient for construction disciplines.
    Therefore, an information specification for constructing BIM model is to smooth the information transmission process in generating construction documents. In this practice, we first collected literatures and some real project data; secondly we define the relationship between BIM and documents, and then use the IIS concept with IDEFØ method to identify the information needs to build the BIM model which can be employed to generate documents used in various construction processes. Then, an information specification is developed in addition to LOD. A case study is also conducted to show how to generate construction documents from the BIM model by applying the proposed approach.
