  • 本研究為探討資訊科技做為企業消防準備之項目時,對於其所發揮之成效表現,即減少財損與人員傷亡之方面表現分析。除了確認資訊科技能替企業帶來良好成效之結果外,本研究更欲以企業傳統消防項目做比較,分析資訊科技在現況上在整體消防成效之貢獻上具有何等重要性。
    在研究對象上,以中鋼保全公司為主要之研究對象,以其客戶資料與公司內部專家為主。中鋼保全公司為具有消防與科技專業結合之公司,期提供客戶具資訊科技之消防服務,且內部專家具有相關的專業知識,故其相關資料做為分析企業應用資訊科技消防的表現十分合適。除了中鋼保全公司,本研究另外加入部分企業主與政府專家做為次要研究對象,根據其經驗與看法給予研究更完整的分析觀點。在研究方法上,本研究同時採用質量化之方法。在質化部分,本研究採用深度訪談法,對相關專家進行訪問。量化的部分主要為層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP),此方法將用以分析整體消防項目之重要性,並另有二手數據分析之部分。
    研究結果上,本研究認為資訊科技確實具有減少財損與傷亡的消防成效,且能達到部分過往傳統消防手段無法完成之事,具有優秀的消防成效。然而在整體的消防成效上,資訊科技尚不能與其他消防項目相比,本研究認為可能因為應用普遍度以及成本問題,使資訊科技尚無法做為比肩傳統手段的消防準備項目。

    In purpose of assessing the effectiveness of Information Technology(IT) as a fire prevention measure for business, this research conducted both qualitative and quantitative methods to do an analysis about if IT surely mitigates fire hazard, and how it's performance compare to other measures.
    This research conducted the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and in-depth interview to analysis the data form China Steel Security(CSS)、government member and business owner, to know how IT performed as a fire prevention measure. The result shows that IT is surely effective for business to enhance fire safety, but with some factors like highly cost and law requirements, IT applications are not widely applied in business for fire prevention.
