由於近年來民眾的環保意識覺醒以及政府環保法令上的規定,使得逆物流成為供應鏈管理上一個逐漸為學者所注意的議題,而如何做好產品回收處理而且不致於降低企業績效已成為企業所關心的一項課題。而相對於正向供應鏈蓬勃的研究發展,逆向供應鏈在研究上就顯得相當地缺乏,因此如何選擇適當的製造策略不只對於正向供應鏈重要,對於尚未成熟的逆向供應鏈更顯得其必要性。因此本研究是希望藉由建立一個多目標的逆向供應鏈最佳化模式,將製造策略對於逆向供應鏈之影響加以數量化之下,使得管理者可以了解在本身所處逆向供應鏈之型態下,該採用怎樣的製造策略可以使得逆向供應鏈的績效表現較佳。另外在模式中並考慮了由產品組成複雜度所造成物料需求的不確定性、產品需求不確定性以及回收產品的附加價值這三種影響再製生產環境的因素,以分析這些因素在不同的製造策略之下會對於逆向供應鏈績效產生什麼樣的影響。而本研究所得之結論有以下幾點:
(1) 當物料需求以及再製產品需求的不確定性較小時,RTS再製策略的績效較其它的兩種再製策略的績效為佳。但是當物料需求以及再製產品需求的不確定性逐漸增加的時候,RATO以及RTO的績效會逐漸比RTS為佳。
(2) 當物料需求的不確定性為低或是中,而再製產品需求不確定性為高的時候,RATO和 RTO再製策略在績效值的表現上較RTS為佳,且RATO為最佳之再製策略。
(3) 當物料需求的不確定高,而再製產品需求不確定性低,且產品的附加價值高時,RTS的績效值表現較其他兩種再製策略為佳。
