因技術的提昇及各國政府輔助政策的變化,導致太陽能產業對於技術、品質的要求愈來愈高,但卻要求愈來愈低的價格,外加上全球太陽能產業過度膨脹,產業的競爭壓力愈來愈嚴苛,所以,供應商技術能力的好壞及報價能力、與客戶或供應商的合作開發及投資,則影響太陽能產業之競爭力。因此,如何與客戶及供應商合作以提昇品質、轉換效率並降低成本,儼然成為各家太陽能電池廠求生存之重要課題。
本研究以臺灣太陽能上下游供應鏈為研究對象,主要目的在研究臺灣太陽能產業在供應鏈合作對於組織績效之影響。以問卷方向收集資料,並經由138位太陽能產業從業人員的填答者,結果發現「內部協同」對「外部協同」有正向的影響,並進而影響到公司的「競爭優勢」和「組織績效」;「內部協同」對「競爭優勢」會有正向的影響,並進而影響到公司的「組織績效」;「外部協同」對於「競爭優勢」亦會有正向的影響,並進而影響到公司的「組織績效」,但「內部協同」與「外部協同」對「組織績效」的影響,在本研究並沒有獲得顯著性的支持,主要是因「競爭優勢」對於「內部協同」及「外部協同」影響到「組織績效」間具有正向的中介效果。最後,本研究根據所得到的結果提出相關之建議,提供給太陽能產業業者營運管理與經營策略之參考。
This study aims to examine the effects of supply chain collaboration on company’s competitive advantage and organizational performance in the solar industry in Taiwan. Data collected from 138 respondents who working in solar companies. A factor analysis and structural equation model were employed. Results indicated that internal collaboration had a positive effect on external collaboration and competitive advantage, whereas external collaboration had a positive influence on competitive advantage and organizational performance. However, the direct effects of internal collaboration and external collaboration on organizational performance were not supported in this study. Specifically, this study finds that competitive advantage plays an important mediating role as it affects the relationships between internal collaboration, external collaboration and organizational performance. Managerial implication and strategic suggestions from the research findings for solar companies were discussed in this research.
