提 要

隨著企業在整個供應鏈的演進及全球運籌管理之競爭環境下，企業與供應商之間的角色扮演也由過去的對立關係轉變成現在合作夥扮關係，而本研究經由文獻參考之後，內容將探討供應商選擇規範的內容、供應商分群的方法、供應商群別特徵化，並採用張嘉華(working paper)多代理人協商系統之幾個方向來做研究設計與分析，最後運用兩家企業案例之產品來做供應商規範選擇之研究與分析討論，並將所得到的實證結果來印證該研究是否有效改善企業在供應商之選擇。
而本研究也將從策略的角度來探討，先從企業產品之特性以及未來企業短、中、長期的策略發展來探討，並在最後也加入多代理人協商系統，使其企業的策略能從單一角度衍生到雙方的策略角度，且達到雙方共贏的局面，此為本研究的最終的目的；而另一方面也改變過去學者在探討供應商選擇方法，先將供應商依其特性程度不同來做分群動作，其效益在於可縮短企業在供應商判別上的時間，從過去點的分析到現在以面的分析先做判斷，找出合適企業的供應商群組，此為本研究的另一個特性，當然也將配合特徵化的分析，才能提供更多供應商資訊來給予企業做各項合理的判斷；在未來也希望能結合電子市集，來加以協助企業做最佳化供應商選擇。
