兩岸直航開放後,兩岸人民對於航空運輸的需求日益增加,預計目前現有的商用航空直航航線,將無法再承受更多的航空運輸需求。因此,龐大的市場商機招來更多民航服務衍生方案的探討,以擴大兩岸航空市場。有鑑於此,本研究選用空中計程包機此種客製化的民航運輸服務,來舒緩目前兩岸直航壅塞的航空運量。研究內容除了探討空中計程包機在民用航空法上的規範外,還有包含飛行所使用的低空空域作探討。最後針對會員系統的架構和可以運用在台海兩岸的超輕型噴射機、二線機場的介紹。
After the opening of cross-strait direct flights, people on both sides for air transport demand has increased. It is expected that currently available commercial aviation direct route will no longer be able to withstand more demand for air transport. A huge market opportunity to attract more aviation services derivative programs to expand cross-strait aviation market. Therefore, choosing air taxi as research topics in this study tries to find a feasible solution to the travelers. Air taxi is customized air transportation services to relieve the current cross-strait direct air traffic congestion. In this thesis, the exploring air taxi norms in civil aviation law and low-altitude airspace under current conditions. Finally, discussing the membership system architecture and introducing very light jet and secondary airports.
