本論文旨在討論體外震波碎石術,採用實際的機器規格,以波方程和數值方法,並使用電腦來模擬在焦點(患者體內)的聚焦情況.首先,先在時間域(time domain)上,比較不同波長的震波,在焦點上的強度u(x)分佈和差異.接下來,在空間域(space domain)上,希望比較不同波長震波在時間的變動下,在焦點附近的強度分佈和差異,分為兩部分,分別是比較當患者左右偏離焦點時(軸方向),或當患者摘要z因為體型或是呼吸造成前後偏離焦點(軸方向),聚焦強度的影響與失焦的情況.
In this paper, we discuss the Lithotripsy with wave equation and numerical method to simulate the focusing phenomenon on computer.
First, in the time domain, we compare distribution and difference of strength of shock wave with differnet wavelength near the focusing.
Next, in the space domain,we compare distribution and difference of strength of shock wave with differnet wavelength near the focusing with change in time. Our discussion of influence of focusing strength and situation of loss of focusing includes two parts: one is that a patient turns aside in x-axis direction, and another is that a patient turns aside in z-axis direction.
