  • 從柬埔寨胡椒莖部分離得到39個化合物,確定其化學結構,分別為cepharadione A、noraristolodione、cepharanone B、piperolactam A、aristolactam A II、piperolactam C、aristolactam F II、5-(hydroxymethyl)pyrrole-2-carboxylate、5-(methoxymethyl)-1H- pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde、4-[2-formyl-5-(methoxymethyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanoate、4-[formyl-5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanoate、futoamide、N-p-coumaroyl tyramine、N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylene cinnamamide、N-cis-feruloyl tyramine、N-trans-feruloyl tyramine、riparin I、N-[2-(2-hydro-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-ethyl] benzamide、N-cinnamoylpyrrolidine、pyridine-3,5-dicarboxamide、5’-deoxyuridine、eupomatenoid-5、eupomatenoid-7、β-sitosterol、stigmasterol、daucosterol、vanillic acid、syringic acid、methyl syringate、sesamin、luvangetin、pipercamboside、3-(4-hydroxy-3- methoxyphenyl)propane-1,2-diol、2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)- propan- 1-one、5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-pentylchromone、secoisolariciresinol、6-hydroxyphthalide、5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde和dihydroxychavicol.。其中pipercamboside為新化合物,6-hydroxyphthalide為天然界首次分離得到之化合物。上述化合物的結構乃是利用光譜分析與化學方法來加以決定其結構。

    A phytochemical investigation of Piper cambodianum has led to the isolation of thirty-night compounds, cepharadione A, noraristolodione, cepharanone B, piperolactam A , aristolactam A II, piperolactam C, aristolactam F II, 5-(hydroxymethyl)pyrrole-2-carbo- xylate, 5-(methoxymethyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde, 4-[2-formyl-5-(methoxymethyl)- 1H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanoate, 4-[formyl-5-(hydroxymethyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanoate, futoamide, N-p-coumaroyltyramine, N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylene cinnamamide, N-cis-feruloyl tyramine, N-trans-feruloyl tyramine, riparin I, N-[2- (2-hydro-4,5-di- methoxyphenyl)-ethyl]benzamide, N-cinnamoylpyrrolidine, pyridine-3,5-dicarboxamide, 5’-deoxyuridine, eupomatenoid-5, eupomatenoid-7, β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, daucosterol, vanillic acid, syringic acid, methyl syringate, sesamin, luvangetin, pipercamboside, 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propane-1,2-diol, 2,3-dihydroxy-1- (4-hydroxy-3- methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-pentylchromone, secoiso- lariciresinol, 6-hydroxyphthalide, 5-(hydroxymethyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde and dihydroxychavicol. Among them, pipercamboside was new compound, and 6-hydroxyphthalide was firstly isolated from natural source. Their structures were characterized by comprehensive analyses of their 1D, 2D-NMR and mass spectral data, and also by chemical transformation studies.
