機場問題探討的是多家的航空公司共同蓋一條跑道，要如何分配成本。本文使用Nash program的方法，先設計一套談判的規則，建立一個非合作的賽局，參與者是有共同需求的人。如果大家接受這個談判規則，也相信Nash equilibium，則唯一均衡的結果就是限制等量受益法則的分配結果。
Airport problems study how to allocate the contributions among airlines which use different parts of a runway. We follow Serrano (1994) model to interprete the constrained equal benefit (CEB) rule non-cooperately. We show that the CEB allocation is the unique Nash equilibrium outcome of our extensive form game.
