本論文以統計能量法(Statistical Energy Analysis, SEA),探討輕量化減噪設計與傳統減噪設計之差異性。在研究中,先對兩種吸音材料進行吸音率的試驗,再將此兩種吸音材料貼附於測驗箱內進行穿透損失(Transmission Loss, TL)實驗。為了了解實驗與模擬之間的符合程度,研究中使用建立在統計能量法架構下的AutoSEA分析軟體進行模擬部分,得知模擬與實驗兩者之結果相近,具有相當的參考價值。本論文所用之統計能量分析理論,其數學運算式簡單易懂,而在模擬中使用的阻尼參數,可藉由實驗直接取得。在實務應用上,統計能量分析法可於設計初期先行預估,以提供設計者的在設計上的參考,並進行改善後的比較。
The thesis presents a method of Statistical Energy Analysis in order to find the differences between the lightened sound absorption materials and conventional sound absorption materials. In the research, the sound absorption tests were executed at first, then these sound absorption materials were installed in the box for the transmission loss tests. To verify the consistency between the experiments and the simulations, the simulations were performed with the AutoSEA software which was based on the statistical energy analysis. The results of the simulations and the experiments were similar with each other. The mathematic formulas of the statistical energy analysis were straightforward, and the damping factors of the materials in the simulations were got directly from the experiments. In practice, the estimation of the statistical energy analysis is useful at the design level and provided the information of the changes after a new design.
