台灣航空產業不論旅客或者貨物載運量不斷攀升,原因就是服務、速度及準點,由此可見,遠距離交通運輸獲取顧客信賴最好的經營模式,除貼心服務品質外,最重要的就是穩定。對各種機隊而言,穩定及精準是必備條件,如何達到最高妥善率取決於後勤維修能量。隨著飛機各模組電子感測化設計,無線網路(Wireless Sensor Network)技術普及建置下,為先進飛機提供極佳便利且即時性動(靜)態資料傳輸,各航空器製造商已著手開發設計監測(Aircraft Health Monitoring)系統,監控系統或次系統並回饋技勤單位,利用技術資料庫快速搜索改正措施,配合自動倉儲取料,依故障情況將工單(含料)發至專業工廠執行修護。本論文探討建立技術資料庫,再加上自動倉儲,配合航空器上各重要系統運轉動態即時監測及資料綜整,將即時監控的系統或裝備資訊回傳至監控端,後勤維修人員依據所獲得各項系統運作參數,於短時間完成飛機各系統及其組件維護工作,以減少繁雜程序作業。藉由將系統參數綜整並建置資料倉儲後,亦可作為日後機隊管理及計畫性/非計畫性修護備料之參考數據。
The keys to the increasing carrying capacity for Airline Industry are service, speed and punctuality. Thus, its self-evident heart-felt service in long-haul transportation depends greatly on stability to win the trust of its customers. As for any aircraft fleets, stability and precision are indispensable. But how can the aircraft availability be maximized? Actually, the key lies in the capability of logistics maintenance. Nowadays, with sensor-designed equipment and the popularity of Wireless Sensor Network, modern jet fighters are also provided with the real-time dynamic and static data transmission. Aircraft manufacturers have started to design Aircraft Health Monitoring system as a feedback to the technical staff of the ground units. Based on different failure conditions, these monitoring systems can send the work order out to a repair facility through rapid-search corrective measures of technology database and automated storage retrieval systems. This study explores a technology database along with automated storage retrieval systems. Incorporated into the real-time monitoring systems and data collection of major military aircraft, the database can send the real-time information about the equipment back to the monitoring cabin. After receiving the system operating parameters, the technical crew can complete the maintenance jobs of aircraft in a short time through complicate procedures in simpler way. Ultimately, this study aims to provide a reference to future fleet management, and the planned/unplanned maintenance action and logistics supplement.
