本研究建立一新概念,以射出機開發製造商為雲端資訊中心,將機台連線機制、監控功能模組開發等繁複的作業交由最上游廠商進行著手,開發基於PaaS(Platform as a Service)雲端虛擬化技術之多租用戶遠端監控平台(Multi-Tenant Remote Monitoring Platform,MTRMP),供下游廠商快速開發客製化之監控軟體(Customized Monitoring System)。所有資訊儲存設備如伺服器由上游廠商提供,客戶端僅需租用虛擬機(Virtual Machine)空間,便可有效管理射出機生產資訊。
本研究之特色主要導入雲端技術中的PaaS平台即服務概念,並結合多租用戶(Multi-tenant)概念的應用架構,使同一家下游廠商的使用者可共享同一資料庫。另外,利用功能模組化的方法開發監控APIs,結合本研究提出角色權限管理機制(Mechanism of Authority Management),不同職位與廠商存取的資訊權限相異,使用者可共享本研究開發之APIs,開發適合每一家公司之客製化監控系統(Customized Monitoring System)。本研究之概念導入射出機業者後能有效減少儲存設備支出、加快監控軟體開發效率、增加系統維護效率。
本研究更進一步透過雲端虛擬化技術中的虛擬化應用程式(Remote APPs)技術,令使用者能跨平台佈署以及使用客製化監控系統。
最後以使用者問卷調查結果顯示本研究可實際整合於射出機產業界,並達到快速而有效的資訊管理效果。
This study proposes innovative multi-tenant remote monitoring platform architecture based on cloud with an injection machine manufacturer as cloud data center. This study was designed to develop ma-chine connection mechanism and monitoring module, etc. with machine manufacturers. Under the framework of this study, machine manufacturers can provide modular Multi-Tenant Remote Monitoring Platform (MTRMP) based on cloud virtualization technology for buyers to rapidly develop custom monitoring soft-ware; and all data storage devices such as servers are provided by the machine manufacturer, and the client side can effectively manage injection machine data by simply renting virtual machine space.
This study, on the basis of a multi-tenant concept, proposes the development of modular API, which allows cloud database sharing by users from the same buyer. The Mechanism of Authority Management presented in this study provides users of different levels with different access permissions. Different manufacturers may share the API to develop customized monitoring systems. After the realization of the concept in the future, equipment buyers will be able to remotely share storage devices, create an API and develop a platform. It is expected to reduce hardware costs, accelerate monitoring software development, and improve system maintenance efficiency.
