摘要
本文藉由三次元量測取得光學輪廓投影機的結構參數,並利用這些數據在ASAP分析軟體中建構出輪廓投影機的模型。首先利用光線追蹤的方式求出光源位置,並在此位置上建立點光源與體積光源兩種光源模型,構成完整的光學系統,進行光線追蹤與輪廓投影模擬。
分析光線追蹤得到的光線路徑,推測未知的倍率鏡片設計,並以一球面鏡片取代倍率鏡片得到放大輪廓的效果。改變光學投影機調焦機構的位置,追蹤不同調焦位置時光學系統的光線路徑,探討調焦機構的功用。
本文並且進行點光源及體積光源照射下的輪廓投影模擬,求得物體在銀幕上的投影輪廓。先以點光源光學系統進行理論的輪廓投影模擬,再以體積光源光學系統進行較接近真實情況的輪廓投影模擬,以觀察並分析兩種光源的輪廓投影特性。
Abstract
The optical projector is capable of magnifying the contour of a small object and projecting it onto the projector’s monitor for observing or measuring. The purpose of this thesis is to gather a set of design parameters from a profile projector for further analysis and optical design.
In this thesis, we applied the Coordinate-measuring-machine (CMM) to obtain the structure parameters of an optical profile projector. We use the acquired parameters to build the model of profile projector’s mirrors in ASAP software environment. Then we add point or volumetric light source inside the model to complete the optical system separately. After finished the optical system model, we execute the ray tracing in ASAP to find out the light path inside the model.
By observing the light path and speculating the design of the projection lens, we also discuss how the light path shift according to the adjustment of projector’s focus device.
In this thesis, we also use ASAP to simulate the process and the characteristics of the profile projection when the point or volumetric light source employed in the optical system.
