  • 近年來,許多研究顯示:人類活動所排放之溫室氣體與全球暖化、極端氣候有關連。在歐盟法規推波助瀾下,針對產品碳足跡評估的需求劇增。依照碳足跡評定的標準,需要對產品進行盤查分析,並測量生產產品的排放。但直接排放數據常常難以取得,故須輔以生命週期評估軟體和資料庫內的資料。而這些軟體內資料標示不明,資料範圍不明確等問題,造成評估人員選取資料上的困難。進而提升了評估的困難度。
    本研究透過實際的對台灣某公司產品之液晶電視進行碳足跡的生命週期評估,設計出簡易的資料篩選方法,以及客製化的評估軟體,免去使用者選取資料時的困難。並透過這次評估提出建議。透過研究ecoinvent、JEMAI、SimaPro、VHK、和Gabi等相關生命週期盤查分析(Life Cycle Inventory, LCI)、生命週期衝擊評估(Life Cycle Impact Assessment, LCIA)資料庫及軟體,針對IPCC100a溫室氣體衝擊方法,進行整理、比較與篩選,推薦有多筆盤查資料的使用者,選用之資料的優先順序與簡易鑑別資料的敘述。另針對其他僅購買單一軟體的使用者提出資料選取的建議,以補齊缺少的盤查資料。本研究也處理業界實際執行生命週期評估所面對的困難與問題點提出建議解決人員盤查的問題。以盼未來操作簡單的LCA評估方法推廣給更多中小企業使用。

    Recently, it has been suggested by researches that extreme weather and global warming are attributed to gases emission during human activities. EU directives have made an enhanced effect, which results in the growing needs for product carbon footprint assessment. According to the PAS2050 carbon footprint standard, direct emission must be measured. However, because that measurement is often unavailable, the life cycle inventory and impact assessment software/databases were introduced. On the other hand, the great amount of data in those software/databases and the lack of specific system boundary have made the assessment more and more difficult to conduct.
    This research provides criteria for selections of Life Cycle Inventory data through analyzing two LCD TVs produced by a company in Taiwan. Customized assessment software was also built to help people assessing carbon footprint for these LCD products. By studying the Global Warming Potential item in Life Cycle Inventory and Impact assessment software and databases such as: ecoinvent, JEMAI LCA Pro, SimaPro, VHK, and Gabi, this research can provide those who have many software or databases with data priority and criteria. For those companies or user with only one set of software or database, this research also provide a data substitution method to help completing the assessment using. Last, during the analysis, some difficulties and problems may arise and efforts are made to solve them. Suggestions are also made to improve inventory analysis. This research can assist the medium/small sized private enterprises with their product carbon footprint assessment needs.
