  • 家用品遍佈於生活,產品透過挑選收藏或於室內場域中使用,風格即為一種認知,將內在蘊含的特徵視覺化呈現。本研究以簡約線構風家用產品為例,分析影響產品系列辨識的特徵間的關係,以陳超萃(2016)的建築風格實驗架構為基礎,應用於工業設計產品領域。實驗共分為兩個階段,第一階段為簡約線構風產品共同特徵(Common Feature)定義,採用專家焦點團體訪談法、卡片分類法與階梯法訪談,定義出簡約線構風家用產品12個共同特徵:功能、錯視、比例、角度、端部、中段、底部、接點、顏色、材質、粗細、加工方法,透過線徑粗細改變於簡約線構風產品全部位、端部、中段、底部;第二階段為產品系列辨識,進行線徑粗細視覺特徵的改變,採用李克特量表進行ANOVA與Scheffe事後檢定法分析產品系列辨識的閾值,實驗結果得知產品全部位與中段區域粗細改變影響產品系列感知最為顯著。本研究結果協助設計者進行簡約線構風產品設計時脈絡化思考並掌握影響產品家族系列的特徵元素,符合快速迭代的家用品市場。

    Household products are all over our lives. We select, collect, and use them indoors. Style is a kind of cognition, which visualizes the inherent characteristics of household products. This study takes the wire-based household products as an example, analyzes the relationship among the characteristics that affect the product series identification, and applies architectural style experimental framework (Chan, 2016) to industrial design. The experiment is divided into two stages. First, we define the common features of the wire-based household products. By focus groups and expert interviews, card sorting and ladder interviews, 12 common features of wire-based household products are defined: function, optical illusion, proportion, angle, the end, the middle, the bottom, joint, color, material, thickness, and processing method. We change the wire diameters of the whole position, the end, the middle, and the bottom of the product, respectively. Second, we recognize product series by changing the thickness of the wire diameter. Then we use “Likert scale questionnaire” and “ANOVA with Scheffe's post hoc test” to analyze the threshold value of product series. The results show that the change of the thickness of the whole position and the middle area of the product has the most significant impact on the perception of the product series. To sum up, this study helps designers better think in systematic way when designing wire-based household products and grasp the elements that affect the product series.
