  • 本研究的目的是探討影響柬埔寨微型、小型和中型企業(MSME)獲得貸款的關鍵因素。所探討的因素包括公司規模、公司年齡、註冊狀態、抵押品、CIFRS、信用記錄、商業計劃和貸款經驗。本研究設計兩份問卷,一份針對中小微型企業,另一份針對放款銀行。研究數據透過普通最小平方回歸以及順序邏輯回歸模型進行分析。研究結果顯示,除商業計劃外,所有的關鍵決定因素都與獲得貸款有顯著相關。然而,從銀行的問卷結果來看,所有關鍵決定因素都有助於增加獲得銀行貸款的可能性。根據銀行問卷結果,影響銀行放款決定最重要因素為,信用記錄、CIFRS、抵押品。

    The objective of this study is to investigate the key factors that have impacts the loan accessibility of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia. Those factors include firm size, firm age, registered status, collateral, CIFRS, credit history, business plan, and loan experience. Two questionnaires were designed, one for MSMEs and the other for banks. The data from the main survey was analyzed by the Ordinary Least Square and Ordinal Logistic regression models. The result from MSMEs has shown that all key determinants are significantly correlated to loan accessibility from both regression models, except business plans. However, from banks' perspective has agreed that all factors can help to increase the possibility of receiving bank loans. According to bank survey, there are three factors, credit history, CIFRS, and collateral seem as the most important factors which influences loan approval.
