  • 電話系統從發明至今一直是人類生活中重要的一環,隨著科技進步與網路快速發展,網路電話這個議題被提出,其有著建置方便與節省話費的優點,在近幾年已慢慢普及,與舊有的電話系統共存;網路電話在使用上非常便利,常應用於公司或學校等大型組織,存在著多數使用者共用電話號碼的問題,受話端無法確切得知是哪個分機撥打的通話而無法回撥給來話者;而隨著隱私權逐漸被重視,使用者僅能由號碼或帳號來判斷來話者,無法在接受電話前得知更多的資訊。
    基於網路電話中廣泛使用的 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol),其簡單與高擴充性,本論文應用其特點提出一個具有影像辨識機制的網路電話環境,以不影響原有功能的前提下,加強伺服器端的註冊機制,使其更具安全性,並且記錄每個帳號的影像資訊,當撥打端並非常用使用者時,能夠提醒受話端;在使用者端增加人臉特徵電話簿,當有來電時可以提供辨識結果供受話端參考,並擷取通話視訊影像增強資料庫完整度,藉此提高辨識準確度。實驗結果顯示加入影像資訊於SIP 協定的邀請封包內,不會造成過多的網路延遲,並且在少量的訓練影像情況下仍能維持良好的辨識準確率。

    The telephone system has been an important part of human life since invented. As technology advances and the rapid development of Internet, VoIP this issue is raised. It has been popular due to easy-building and bill-saving. VoIP is convenient in use, often used in schools and companies. There comes a problem that one telephone number shared with multiusers, the client can not dial extension allocated to the call back. While gradually being taken seriously as privacy, users can only be judged by the number or account, receiving less information before accepting the incoming call.
    Based on the widely used VoIP protocol SIP its simple and high scalability, this thesis proposed an application with is characterizes by the image recognition in VoIP environment, without affecting the original function. It strengthening the registration on SIP server and record image information for each account, reminding the user while the call is not made by common user. Increasing facial feature in phone book, providing recognition result for more information, and retrieving caller face image in call stream, to improve recognition accuracy. The experiment result showed that adding facial information in the INVITE packet, will not cause too much latency, and keeping good recognition accuracy of small number training images.
