  • 1、 研究背景:
    肌肉骨骼不適(musculoskeletal discomforts, MSDs)在許多國家都發現為第一線照護人員主要職業傷害之一,而大部分的肌肉骨骼傷害與協助病人轉移位有關,正確移位技巧預防工作導致的肌肉骨骼傷害事須被重視。多媒體學習教材可激發學習者的學習動機與成效,故根據人因工程原理,發展具實證之互動式多媒體輔助學習教材,是一值得進行的議題。
    2、 研究目的:
    發展一「協助病人上下輪椅」之互動式多媒體輔助學習教材,驗證其內容效度後,進一步進行可用性測試。
    3、 研究方法:
    以多媒體學習認知理論為本研究框架,並以ADDIE模式,分析、設計、發展、實施、評鑑五個階段,為本研究發展架構依循的步驟,(一)分析階段:分析學習目標、教學內容、學習者背景、製作資源與成本等;(二)設計階段:教材架構、介面設計;(三)發展階段:教材內容撰寫、標準技術教學影片製作、互動學習開發與教材內容效度專家驗證;(四)實施階段:教材推廣與使用者實際使用;(五)評鑑階段:使用者回饋階段。研究工具包含:系統易用性量表、滿意度問卷。招募護理師、照服員、護生等潛在使用者進行教材使用,以人次百分比、平均值及標準差描述資料特徵,進一步以Kruskal-Wallis與Wilcoxon signed-rank檢定,驗證教材的可行程度。
    4、 研究結果:
    三組研究對象考題總分之各組組內之後測分數皆明顯高於前測,三組間的前、後測分數的改變,未達明顯差異。而各題前後測分數的變化有不一致的現象;易用性評估方面三組研究對象各題平均分數介於3.4~4.9分之間,而整體分數平均介於76-82.5分;滿意度分數方面三組研究對象各題平均分數介於3.9~4.3分。
    5、 結論:
    本研究所發展的「協助病人上下輪椅」學習教材,乃結合人因工程原理與多媒體輔助教材之理論,具有內容效度且可用的。 期待未來進行臨床實驗研究介入,以驗證此教材的學習成效,進一步可供臨床技能學習之用。

    Taking the cognitive theory of multimedia learning as the research framework, and using the ADDIE model to develop an "Assisting patients in and out of wheelchairs" interactive multimedia learning materials, and further verify its content validity and usability testing. Potential users such as nurses, attendants, and nursing students were recruited to use the teaching materials. The post-test scores of the three groups of research subjects were all significantly higher than the pre-test. The changes in pre-test and post-test scores among the three groups did not reach significant differences. The changes in pre- and post-test scores for each question are inconsistent; in terms of ease of use evaluation, the average scores of each question in the three groups of research subjects ranged from 3.4 to 4.9, while the average overall score ranged from 76 to 82.5; in terms of satisfaction scores The average scores of each question among the three groups of research subjects ranged from 3.9 to 4.3. The "Assisting Patients in and Out of Wheelchairs" learning teaching materials developed by our institute combines the principles of human factors engineering and the theory of multimedia auxiliary teaching materials, and is content valid and usable.
