摘要
本文將不同纖維含量之前軀體試片,分別以碳化速度為T1℃/min、T2℃/min與T3℃/min與T4℃/min四種不同之碳化速度將試片升溫至1200℃之碳化溫度後,測量其重量、厚度、密度、孔隙度、彎曲強度、彎曲模數並使用SEM觀察其顯微結構。
實驗結果顯示纖維含量升高時厚度變化上容易膨脹,碳化速度變快時對厚度的影響也是容易膨脹。強度上的變化顯示,當碳化速度變快時,強度的峰值偏向於纖維含量較低的區域。SEM的觀察可以看出,快速碳化對試片的微結構有加大孔隙之現象等。
