根據研究指出,人的一生中有90%的時間處於廣義的室內環境中,因此室內環境品質對人體的健康、舒適有著很大的影響;且由於國際間開始不斷重視永續發展的重要性,而國人也開始對永續建築及健康且舒適的室內環境品質提升其重視程度,因此在最低的耗能條件下,於既有的建築物進行室內環境品質的改善而取得健康且舒適的室內環境實為未來的趨勢。
本研究針對台灣地區商場類建築之室內環境品質進行檢測及分析,檢討各項室內環境因子,針對不符合標準值之項目更進一步探討其可能之改善方法,作為使用者及設計者未來參考之依據,藉此減少目前既有建築對於環境之負荷,並提高建築生命周期之循環永續。
本研究主要歸納以下結論:
1.室內物理環境檢測之影響因子:
室內音環境及二氧化碳濃度主要受到人潮聚集影響;光環境主要受到商品類型及室內裝修材料所影響;溫熱環境則受到空調設備位置及開放室之出、入口影響。
2.室內物理環境因子改善建議:
音環境可增加裝設吸音材料,如礦纖吸音板或空間吸音體;光環境部分在未來可以挑選避免高反射性材料作為室內裝修材或商品陳設架;溫熱環境部分為設置室內、外緩衝空間,避免溫差進行熱交換引起較高風速及使室內空調環境改變;二氧化碳濃度部分可於局部區域增加換氣量,減少容易聚集人潮區域二氧化碳濃度蓄積過快,亦可減少不必要之耗能。
According to some researches indicate that in general, 90% of the time in person’s life lives in the indoor environment. Therefore, the quality of indoor environment has great impact on human’s health and comfort. Also because the international community begins to pay attention to the importance of sustainability development, we also begin to value highly of the sustainable building and healthy, comfortable indoor environment. Thus under the condition of the lowest energy consumption to achieve healthy and comfortable indoor environment by improving the quality of indoor environment in the existing buildings will be the future trend.
This study aims at the indoor environment quality of shopping centers in Taiwan to conduct the inspection, analysis and review of all the indoor environmental factors and then to further explore the possible improvements for those non-compliant value items. These will be the basis of the future reference for the users and designers in order to reduce the current environmental load of the existing buildings and improve the life cycle of sustainable buildings.
This study summarizes the conclusions as the following:
1. The impact factor of the indoor physical environmental inspection:
The indoor sound environment and carbon dioxide concentration are mainly affected by the crowds; light environment is mainly impacted by the type of goods and interior decoration materials. The temperature environment is subject to the location of air-conditioning rooms and the openings of entries and exits.
2 The improvement recommendations of the indoor physical environmental factors:
For the sound environment, we can increase the installation of sound-absorbing materials, such as mineral fiber acoustic panels or space sound-absorbing material. For the light environment in the future, we can choose to avoid highly reflective materials for interior decoration or display racks. For the temperature environment, the space can set up buffer spaces between indoor and outdoor to avoid the high temperature heat exchange caused by wind that changes the indoor temperature. For carbon dioxide concentrations, we can increase the ventilation in the local area to reduce excessive accumulation of carbon dioxide in the crowd gathering area. It also can reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
