氯仿層依流程圖進行分離得到35個化合物,其中 33個化合物經光譜分析及文獻比對後確定其結構式分別為:aristolochic acid I(1)、aristolochic acid I methyl ester(54)、aristolochic acid IV methyl ester(178)、sodium aristolochate I(288)、5-hydroxy-aristolochic acid-IV methyl ester(698)、aristolic acid I(56) 、aristolic acid methyl ester(296)、6-methoxyaristolic acid methyl ester(219)、sodium aristolate(699)、aristolactam AII(3)、aristolactam I(57)、aristolactam IV(100)、aristolactam BII(101)、9-methoxyaristolactam I(148)、9-hydroxyaristolactam I(179)、9-hydroxyaristolactam BII (700)、aristoliukine C(574)、aristololide(707) 、aristolide B(309)、aristololide A(701)、aristololide B(702)、-sitosterol(61)、vanillic acid(141)、allantoin(150)、N-p-trans-coumaroyl tyramine(390)、versicolactone B(526)、isorhamnetin(545)、octadecyl ferulate(592)、aurantiamide acetate(689)、protocatechuic acid methyl ester(703)、(R)-mellien(704)、N-carbamoyl-alanine(705)、N-alanyl-proline(706),其中5-hydroxy-aristolochic acid-IV methyl ester (698)、sodium aristolate (699)、9-hydroxyaristolactam B II (700)、aristololide A (701)、aristololide B (702)為首次發現之新化合物,N-carbamoyl-alanine (705)和N-alanyl-proline (706)為天然界首次分離得到之化合物。

    As a result of a detailed chemical examination on Aristolochia fangchia, a familiar chinese medicimal plant, a total of 33 compounds were isolated and characterized. Their structures were determined by 1H-, 13C-, 2D-NMR and MS spectal analyses. Among these isolated, 5-hydroxy-aristolochic acid-IV methyl ester (698), sodium aristolate (699), 9-hydroxyaristolactam BII (700), aristololide A (701), aristololide B (702), N-carbamoyl-alanine (705)and N-alanyl-proline (706) were found to be new compounds. The remaining 26 known compounds were identified as aristolochic acid I (1), aristolochic acid I methyl ester (54), aristolochic acid IV methyl ester (178), sodium aristolochate I (288), aristolic acid I (56) , aristolic acid methyl ester (296), 6-methoxyaristolic acid methyl ester (219), aristolactam AII (3), aristolactam I (57), aristolactam IV (100), aristolactam BII (101), 9-methoxyaristolactam I (148), 9-hydroxyaristolactam I (179), aristoliukine C (574), aristoloide (707) , aristolide B (309), -sitosterol (61)、vanillic acid (141)、allantoin (150)、N-p-trans-coumaroyl tyramine (390), versicolactone B (526), isorhamnetin (545), octadecyl ferulate (592), aurantiamide acetate (689), protocatechuic acid methyl ester (703) and (R)-mellien (704).
