在密度高、公共設施不足的都市邊緣住宅社區,居民因經濟與行動力等的限制,在面臨聯外交通不良所產生的生活問題時,須以流動環境的規劃理念,運用不同層級核心和多重運具選擇的規劃方式,重新整合交通與土地使用,並與當地居民的日常活動系統相結合,方能解決居民所面臨的交通與生活問題。本研究以高雄捷運R3站做實證研究地點,對外是以捷運系統為主要的大眾運輸工具,並以捷運車站為中心,結合住宅社區主要的商業與公共服務核心;對內是以自行車和步行為主的步行社區,並結合文小、市場、社區中心等活動次核心。
This paper is an empirical study of the city peripheral community revitalization by means of applying the concept of Mobility Environment to Urban Design. By taking a community in the end of KMRT line as the case study, this paper aims to discuss important issues in theories of Mobility Environment, including the integration of transportation and land use planning, the establishment of the multimodal community morphology, and the spatial design with concern of local resident's daily activity system. Moreover, this paper seeks the possibility to further conceptualize the idea of quality community life onto the spatial plan with help of empirical context.
