班次延誤在運輸系統是很常見問題,也發表多篇相關研究,大部分都討論關於列車班表最佳化之研究,如何讓班次更加合理以減少延誤或是面對班表延誤時候,列車調度最佳化的方法,較少文獻探討關於旅客對於延誤之旅行行為改變之議題,旅客面對延誤旅行行為改變相關研究議題,相關文獻研究背景大都在都市之研究對於短途的通勤者且是較長期以及習慣性的延誤以及動態交通量指派,研究先進旅行資訊系統,對於都市駕駛人之駕駛行為影響,較少研究城際運輸系統長距離運輸之旅客,本研究從等候心理、高鐵搭乘經驗切入研究,研究範圍與課題與國外大部分文獻都不同。
本研究主要調查台灣高鐵旅客,在面對高鐵列車延誤下,旅客的心理行為、高鐵搭乘乘經驗以及對於改變運具影響行為,利用問卷調查旅客對於不同延誤之對於替代運具選擇,利用多項羅吉斯迴歸分析旅客選擇替代運具行為以及利用順序羅吉斯迴歸分析。
研究結果顯示,依據現況調查台北高雄之間替代運具選擇上,對於選擇轉乘不轉乘影響的心理因素,內心的焦慮是推動旅客選擇替代運具的重要項目,旅客事前規劃替代方案,有助於旅客轉乘,延誤經驗對於選擇有所影響,有延誤經驗旅客在45分鐘大多選擇不轉乘,對於替代運具之間的選擇之間的差異,是來自平日所習慣之運具,是否有自己小汽車,在這樣運輸長度看來是無影響,並不會因為有車開而將替代運具轉換為小汽車,男性較女性不耐等候,對於替代運具選擇較為顯著,搭乘頻率、收入與職業是比較不顯著的影響因素。
Schedule delays often occur on transit systems. Many studies focus on train schedule adjust, about how to adjust transit timetable that makes service in transit systems service on time. Fewer studies focus on passengers/drivers about how to change their travel behavior/route. Most Travel behavior/route studies are focus on Advanced Traveller Information Systems (ATIS), which infor-mation help travellers avoid road congestion. This study focus on passengers travel behaviors change on high speed railway encountering departure delays in Taiwan.
This study presents investigation into the travel behavior change while high speed railway en-countering deapature dealys. To investigate waiting psychology, social economic and experience on high speed railway that affect travel behavior change for passengers, this study use Multinomial lo-gistic regression analysis.
To study whether a longer delay will change passenger`s decision to choose alternative mode ,we use Sequential Logisitic Regression.
The results shows that train departure delays cause passengers` anxiety, anxiety is a strong thrust to find alternative mode. Passengers who can plan alternative mode in pre-trip helps them when de-lays make passegers change to alternative mode. Passenger who has delay experiences on high speed railway, may wait more long time to change mode. Alternative mode choices from passenger most commonly used .Driving by alone is not a significant choice on such long distance (Taipei- Kaohsiung).and men can`t wait longer than women.
