本研究主題為資訊電子產業赴大陸投資對我國出口競爭力之影響，主要探討目的有三大重點：（一）影響資訊電子產業出口競爭力之重要決定性因素；（二）並針對美國、日本、中國大陸市場之出口競爭力進行探討。（三）資訊電子產業赴大陸投資與我國出口競爭力之間關聯性為何。

　　本研究採用計量經濟學方法，透過EViews程式來進行實證研究。研究期間為1998年10月至2004年9月，共計72筆月資料，資料來源主要為AMEROMS及JET資料庫。本實證研究中主要以出口市場占有率作為衡量出口競爭力之指標，在自變數中包括國內勞動生產力指標、資本生產力指標、產業技術綜合指標、國民所得指標、國內價格競爭力、匯率、世界景氣指標、大陸投資規模、重大事件之虛擬變數，本研究利用多元迴歸模型來探討變數間之關聯性。

　　本文實證結果發現影響資訊電子產業全球出口競爭力之實證結果中，工業勞動生產力指數、資訊電子產業出口物價指數、實質有效匯率指標、日本工業生產指數、前期大陸投資金額皆有顯著影響；在美國市場出口競爭力模型中，美國領先指標、日本工業生產指數、前期大陸投資金額、台灣加入WTO皆有顯著影響；在日本市場出口競爭力模型中，資訊電子產業受雇人數、日本工業生產指數、前期大陸投資金額；最後在中國大陸市場出口競爭力模型中，資訊電子產業技術綜合指標、資訊電子產業出口物價指數、美國領先指標、實質有效匯率指標皆有顯著影響。

　The main purpose of the study is to determine the Taiwanese investment in the Information Technology Industry in the Mainland China and its impact on Taiwan’s Export Competitiveness, this study seeks to explore the following three major questions: （1）What are the factors that affect the export competitiveness of the Taiwanese Information Technology industry？（2）What are the impacts of export competitiveness on the USA、Japan and Mainland China？（3）And to what extent are the export competitiveness of Taiwan Information Technology industry and its overseas investment related？

　This study focuses on monthly data from Oct. 1998 to Sep. 2004. In total seventy-two pieces data were collected from AMEROMS and TEJ data base. The regression models were established and dealt with EViews. In this study, the export market share will show the export competitiveness of information technology industries. Other explanatory variables include productivity indexes of labor, productivity indexes of capital, Industrial production index, GDP, Price competitiveness, the real effective exchange rate, world economy, Taiwan investment in China, and major events dummies.

　According to the regression results, the factors that affect the world export competitiveness model of Taiwanese Information Technology industries are productivity indexes of labor, export price indexes, real effective exchange rate, Industrial production index of Japan, Taiwan investment in Mainland China. These factors have a significantly positive effect. In the export competitiveness model of American market was influenced significantly by Leading index of USA, Taiwanese investment in Mainland China, Industrial production index of USA, Taiwanese into accession WTO. In export competitiveness model of the Japanese market was influenced significantly by technology indexes of Japan industry, hired of Information Technology industry, Taiwan investment in Mainland China; Finally, In export competitiveness model of Mainland China market will be influenced significantly by the technology indexes of industry, export price index, Leading index of USA, real effective exchange rate.
