  •   本文主要是設計一個可供CCD數位攝影機及光源安置的支架,當圓管承受彎曲負載時,該支架上的CCD數位攝影機可準確的擷取圓管各截面上的影像,並經由影像處理的方式來求得各截面上的橢圓化量(外直徑變化量/原始外直徑量)。

      該支架包含有三部分:(1)可伸縮的CCD數位攝影機支撐架。該支撐架可架設CCD數位攝影機,並隨著CCD數位攝影機的特性調整架設的距離及高度。(2)可伸縮的光源支撐架。該支撐架可架設光源,並隨著所需求的光度調整光源的距離及高度。(3)強力夾具。由於圓管彎曲實驗過程中圓管會上下的擺動,若夾具設計不良造成晃動,就會導致擷取影像的偏差,形成所謂鬼影的現象,便無法讀取正確的變形量而失去實驗的準確性。為確定CCD攝影機及光源和圓管的固定位置,夾具必須能在負載的過程中緊咬住圓管而且不發生任何的偏移。

      本文以7005-T53鋁管進行彎曲負載的實驗測試,並將所設計的支架和CCD攝影機及光源架設於圓管上,並在彎曲的過程中進行圓管各截面的攝影及相關的分析。結果顯示,支架可支撐CCD攝影機及光源且沒有發生任何偏移的現象,所拍攝的影像非常的清晰,所分析的橢圓化量也相當的精確。
