在競爭激烈的高科技產業中,企業的競爭優勢是來自於其所擁有的技術。高科技產業中,技術創新的時程十分快速、技術生命週期的縮短以及不確定風險較高,相當多的企業都會選擇以技術移轉的合作方式來取得更新穎的技術。在時間與成本的考量之下,選擇適當的合作方式,對於整個技術移轉的績效亦會產生較佳的滿意程度。在進行技術移轉的交易時,對於技術價格的訂定,亦是一重要的決定因子。故本研究所欲探討對於技術移轉績效的影響因子,建構出技術移轉績效與技術移轉合作方式的模式,並且加以考慮在進行技術移轉時,技術價格的計價方式、所移轉技術的複雜性、以及技術接收者的吸收能力等因子的影響關係。本研究以台灣的半導體產業為研究對象,分析半導體廠商在進行技術移轉之後,其技術移轉績效的成果。由分析結果可知,技術移轉組織間依賴程度、技術複雜性、技術吸收能力對於技術移轉績效皆有顯著的正向影響,而其中以技術吸收能力對於技術移轉績效之影響最為顯著。在技術移轉績效與技術移轉合作方式之分析模式中,若再加入技術計價方式、技術複雜性、技術吸收能力之後所造成的節制效果,並無任何顯著的影響。雖然如此,在分析節制作用中,仍可發現技術吸收能力對於分析模式存在著顯著的正向影響,故技術接收者在進行技術移轉時,其本身所擁有對於技術的理解、消化、應用等方面的吸收能力,對於技術移轉後的績效成果是很具影響力的。
