在全球旅遊業及襲產旅遊蓬勃發展的時候,依賴陸客市場甚深的台灣旅遊業因受到兩岸政治因素的影響,市場受到了限制並呈現萎縮困境。本研究希望透過阿里山賓館的經營管理方式,提供創新思維給業者參考。因此,本研究將深入探討阿里山賓館在本身的資源基礎利用,與管理者透過組織管理創新變革之下,發展出襲產資源重整活化,並帶來新的發展與給予舊襲產新的面貌。透過質性研究方法,針對阿里山賓館,採用半結構式訪談(訪談副總、行銷副理、櫃檯人員與房務人員各一名)、賓館內部資料、二手資料、網路資訊等多元資料收集方式進行三角交叉檢證,提升資料可信度,並將所得資料以內容分析法進行分析。透過雙元組織管理架構的框架,與組織變革對於阿里山賓館內部所做的改變,進而影響整體營收、住客與服務表現其中的關聯性做分析,以及外部影響因子對於雙元組織所產生的干擾與助力去討論,在最後的討論中可看出雙元組織管理對內化組織的成果與產出的營收等數據是有正向的發展與關聯性,然而在核心精神貫徹的部分仍顯缺乏,雖未影響到績效產出,但對於組織雙元性的未來長遠發展仍可能造成負面效益,建議未來可補強核心精神的貫徹,以獲得組織更大效益。本研究並採用先前研究組織雙元對於其他非旅館業的產業研究做科學比對,以強化雙元組織管理理論在不同行業別的適用性,然而對整體旅遊大環境與政府政策無法列入評估成為本研究的研究限制。冀希將研究結果提供業者參考。
The ambidexterity organization affected the ALiShan Hotel’s restructure, which in turn may bring a change in results including overall revenue, guest numbers and service performance. The analysis was conducted in accordance with the produced results that how the ambidexterity organization worked on the organizational restructure. This research is based on qualitative research method and then triangulation is used to reinforce the collected information and data. The result has indicated that the ambidexterity organization has a positive effect on the external strategic management efficiency or the produced revenue in an organization.
