在二十一世紀這個資訊化的時代，高齡者也不斷的在增加，隨著高齡者的增加，代表著日後也將會成為高齡化的社會，也就是說中老年者的相關議題會愈來愈受到重視。而當前中老年者最常使用到的電腦功能就是上網，但是仍沒有專屬於中老年者使用的網頁介面守則和編排方式。網頁介面的好壞將是影響使用者在使用及滿意度上的重要因子。
在本研究中將選出中老年者常使用的網頁，再依網頁介面分析的方式去了解其構成要素，之後透過觀察、拍攝及問卷的方式去了解中老年者在使用性上之問題點，將其加以歸納，再依其歸納內容和網頁介面設計原則、使用性原則去建構去新的實驗性網頁介面，之後再透過實驗去驗證。另外，透過意象的評比，以期能了解中老年者所喜歡的感受。
經過上述之實驗流程、和數據分析，整理出一套專屬於中老年網頁之準則。

At the 21 century technological era，lderly stand a significant amount in the world’s population and is still increasing gradually. As the elderly population expand，it can be concluded that the world will become an Aging society. In other words， related matters about middle-to-elder age people will be considered under serious attention.

The most used computer function by the middle-to-elder age people is internet. There aren’t any user interface regulations，nor arrangement methods made especially for the middle-to-elder age people. The qualities of user interface are the key factors to the influences on the users，and the satisfaction of the users when interacting with the device.

Here，the most opened website by middle-to-elder age people will be chosen， then analysis on user interface will be carried out in order to understand the main elements of the construction. Afterwards understand the problems middle-to-elder
age people faced with the usability through observation， photographs and surveys. Results will be organized and arranged. A new experimental user interface will be built according to the content and design principals of user interface and usability. Examinations be will carried out to verify the interface. Also， through image ranking, we will be able to understand the sensation of middle-to-elder age people. Through the process of the experiment mentioned above and the data analysis, a set
of principals for website designs will be created exclusively for middle-to-elder age people.
