網際網路、多媒體和通訊科技的發展,改變了商業的模式以及企業與消費者之間的關係。企業透過網際網路得以輕易地與全球數百萬計的消費者聯繫;消費者也拜網際網路所賜,擁有了商品資訊的自由選擇權。昔日單純的買賣交易已經無法滿足消費者的需求,因此如何有效地運用新的通訊技術與媒體,和現有的客戶與潛在顧客,進行資訊的傳遞與對話,就成為了本研究所要探討的主題。
本研究採用虛擬實境的技術作為建構電子商務平台介面的的工具。首先,本研究針對線上消費者的購物流程作一探討,了解消費者在整個購物流程中產生的一些豐富、實際的經驗,以及消費者、行為、資訊與虛擬購物商場間的交互關係以作為系統建構的設計因子,再經由前人在電子商務與虛擬實境的研究中找出建構電子商務平台的可能方法,發展出具有(1) 提供通暢的沉浸性空間、(2) 提高消費者資訊滿意度、(3) 建立企業與消費者間良好互動 的電子商務平台介面。
The development of Internet, multi-media and communication technologies have changed the mode of transaction and the relationship between corporations and consumers. Corporations contact easily with millions of consumers all over the world through Internet; and thanks to Internet, consumers hold the free option of product information. The conventional transaction mode can’t satisfy consumers any more. So, the way to proceed to information communication and conversation with present and potential consumers by making good use of the new communication technologies and media becomes the subject of this study.
This study uses virtual environment as a tool for constructing the interface of e-commerce Platform. First of all, this research aims at and discusses about the process of on-line shopping, in order to understand more about the actual experiences of on-line shopping process, and the relationship among these behaviors, consumers, information and virtual shopping environment , in order to find out the factors of system constructions. Moreover, to find out the possible methods from previous researches about e-commerce and virtual environment to develop an e-commerce platform which can achieve (1) provide an immersed space without blockage, (2) enhance the consumer-satisfied standard of information, and (3) establish the good interaction between corporations and consumers.
