研究背景與目的:
隨著台灣高齡化及政策的改變,職場的年限加長顯得工作的滿意度也愈發受到重視。因此本研究使用社會變遷2005及2015年的資料,主要探討 (1)探討台灣整體樣本之人口學變項、與二因子工作對工作滿意度之關係。
(2)探討2005年與2015年,年齡、社會階層、教育、工作二因子、年齡、社會階層與工作滿意度的關係是否有所不同。
研究方法:
本研究樣本來自2005 (n=1221) 年及2015 (n=1119) 年臺灣社會變遷基本調查 ( Taiwan Social Chang Survey ) 的資料。問卷以全國20歲以上人民,依性別、年齡比例進行抽樣訪談。統計方法使用獨立樣本t檢定探討間隔十年後兩年度(2005年及2015年)的人口學變項及工作滿意度是否有所差異。使用路徑分析方法來探討相關人口學變項對工作滿意度的影響。
結果與結論:
2005年及2015年工作人口結構皆改變,不論在年齡分佈、工作狀態、婚姻、社會階層、教育程度及工作滿意度皆有不同(0.001 <p< .018)。本研究發現年齡愈高,工作滿意程度愈高。教育程度愈高,愈重視保健因子與激勵因子。愈重視保健因子,工作滿意度較低。愈重視激勵因子,工作滿意度較佳。社會階層愈高,工作滿意度愈高。2005年教育對工作滿意度沒有直接效果,2015年加入保健因子及激勵因子後,教育對工作滿意度有顯著直接效果,且教育程度愈高,工作滿意度愈低。
With the dramatic changes responded to population aging, the issue that related to working longer and job satisfaction has been gradually important. This study aimed to investigate the job satisfaction between demography and two factors, and the difference on the age, social classical, education, two factors and job satisfaction between in 2005 and 2015.Data were obtained from “Taiwan Social Change Survey (TSCS) in 2005 and 2015. The survey selected respondents among men and women aged 20 and above. An independent one-sample t-test were used to test whether the difference between demographic factors and job satisfaction in 2005 and 2015. The path Analyses were used to exam the relationship between demographic variables and job satisfaction by AMOS software. Results indicated labor force structure changed in various aspects, such as age, working state, Marital status, social class, education, hygiene, and job satisfaction (.001 <p< .018). There were significant differences in four different age groups in 2005. In 2015, there was no significant difference between hygiene and social class. This study showed that the age is positively associated with job satisfaction. The education positively correlated with hygiene and motivation. In addition, the motivation was positively related to the level of job satisfaction. On the contrary, the hygiene negative correlated to the level of job satisfaction. Moreover, the social class was positively correlated with the level of job satisfaction. According to multi-group model comparison, social class had a negative significant impact on hygiene. Education had a negative effect on job satisfaction as well.
