This research tries to investigate factors which can make influence on member shared understanding within IT start-up team. These factors included: co-construction, mutual support, cohesion and constructive conflict. Moreover, this research finds out whether there any relationship among shared understanding and effectiveness related to IT start-up team at co-working space. Participants in this study were 52 IT start-up team at co-working space in Taiwan and Vietnam. The results indicate that the four factors listed above have directly affect shared understanding within start-up team and shared understanding significantly positive influence on team effectiveness. The implications of this research for use on start-up team at co-working space are also discuss.
