  • 為了因應逐漸被重視的環保議題,許多企業在規劃生產流程或是產品時,都盡可能降低對環境的衝擊,但此舉卻可能造成成本的提高。為此,企業利用閉環供應鏈的概念,透過回收廢舊產品來供給再製造生產之用,藉以降低成本。通常消費者使用後的舊產品,大多會直接作垃圾掩埋處理,但這種處理方式不僅浪費許多資源,造成環境上的極大的破壞。因此,可以藉由製造商回收廢舊產品,做為原物料的投入,加上部分新零件原料的支援,經由再製造的程序,產出成為再製造產品,讓廢舊產品重新產生新的價值。
    本研究針對再製造流程的各項成本與再製造產品的市場需求與市場價格,來尋找再製造生產最大獲利的可行生產模式。先從過去文獻中尋找成本模式的建構要素,建立再製造生產流程的原始模式,而再製造生產的流程主要是由倉庫和工作站等兩大部分所構成。在此再製造生產流程的架構下,透過再製造產品的需求與售價的變動來尋找獲利最大的生產模式。最後利用數學規劃方法進行模式的求解與驗證分析。
    此外,本研究由原始模式延伸出產能存貨模型與再製造產品市場需求隨機模型,接著針對非線性再製造市場需求與價格函數和廢舊回收產品取得價格上升等兩個部份來做討論。由模式範例驗證的數值求解結果指出,再製造成品市場需求的不確定性直接對再製造生產模式的獲利與再製造生產數量有所影響,當需求為Uniform分布之分配範圍改變時,也會影響整體的獲利和再製造產品生產數量。另外也由數值範例驗證得知,廢舊產品的取得價格將會影響廢舊回收產品的訂購量,而將使的再製造廠商採取不在訂購廢舊回收產品的策略。

    Many enterprises are trying to minimize the impact on the environment as much as possible in the planning stage. This trend, however, might increase the production costs. Some enterprises use closed-loop supply chain concept to reduce costs by recycling the used products to the remanufacturing process. In specific, the waste products are disassembled as the part of raw materials and are remanufactured through the remanufacturing process to produce the ones as good as new products.
    In this research, we try to find the suitable remanufacturing production planning that had the maximum profit based on the costs of remanufacturing process, the market’s demand and market prices of remanufactured products. Form the previous studies, we implement the original mathematical model of a remanufacturing process composed of the warehouses and workstations. Finally, the numerical data are used to verify and analyze the model.
    We also extend the original model to capacity-inventory model and stochastic demand model. In addition non-linear remanufacturing market demand function and the rising price of recycling products under the stochastic demand model are discussed. From the results of the numerical model, we find that the optimal profit and the produce quantity of the remanufacturing production model are directly affected by the uncertain market demand of the remanufactured products
