為了滿足顧客需求,達成產品設計程序的最佳化,本研究整合品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD) 及 失效模式與效應分析 (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA)二個方法於產品設計之發展,並以光電科技產業TFT- LCD模組半成品運輸之工業包裝設計產品作為案例分析;首先,以開放式問捲進行顧客需求的調查。接著運用KJ法將顧客需求進行分類,得到顧客重要性需求轉而進行品質機能展開,透過二元矩陣設計轉換,建構產品權重及重要度,再利用 FMEA的方法,建構產品的失效及效應分析表,將權重指數回饋修正,經由QFD I、II、III與DFMEA I、II階段性的交互評估探討,最後,找出產品設計的關鍵因子。研究依照方法執行的結果,找出四個工業包裝的設計關鍵因子,依據設計關鍵因子進行工業包裝設計的實驗規劃及結果分析,以驗證方法的有效性。
本研究之結果,可在產品開發上提供一套有系統的方法程序,顧客導向作為基礎來探索需求,能減少新產品開發次數、降低開發過程中潛在失效的發生風險,提升產品品質穩定性及顧客滿意度,增加企業競爭力。
To fulfill the customer demand and the optimization of product design process, the research integrates both Quality Function Deployment, QFD, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, FMEA, to develop the product design. Moreover, the case analysis is also completed based on the industrial package design of semi-finished product transportation of Optoelectronic Industry TFT-LCD Module. First, we investigate the customer demand by using public questionnaire. Then, we categorize the customer demand by KJ and start the quality function after understanding the essential demand and construct the product weight and importance through Binary Matrix. Third, we make analyzing sheet for Product Failure and Effect by FMEA and correct the weight index feedback. Furthermore, we mutually discuss and estimate through both QFD I、II、III and DFMEA I、II by phases. Finally, we find out essential factors of product design. According to execution result of the research, we find out four kinds of design essential factors of industry packing. Then, we base on design essential factors to execute experiment plans of industry packing design analysis, result analysis and confirm its validity.
The research provide a set of systematic method procedure on product development.
We base on customer guidance can explore demands. It can be decrease development times of new product and reduce occurrence risks of latent failure mode on product development.
