岡山火車站於1993 年遷址與擴建於今日之位置，歷經多年的發展變遷，岡山市
街的發展逐漸擴張向西南地區緩慢移動，然而商業活動或政策發展卻僅止於岡山火車
站西側之都市空間，火車站東側甚至無設置後站出入口，導致長期以來車站兩側業商
活動及空間發展不均。
在都市環境變遷下，平面鐵路對於都市空間中造成隱形的交通阻礙與安全隱憂，
鐵路沿線更對於當代人本空間設計造成障礙。隨著高捷紅線岡山路竹延伸線之計畫，
將於現況岡山火車站前方新設置一座高架捷運車站，為地區增加交通運輸之便利性，
並帶來人潮活動與經濟效益。藉此契機，本研究提出岡山火車站之改造，提高大眾交
通運輸系統間的空間動線整合，並梳理站區街廓道路，期望改善岡山火車站周遭公路
交通動線，並提高空間利用效益以融入多樣機能，同時為公共開放空間提供人本舒適
的都市環境。
本研究透過文獻蒐集與現況分析之探討，檢視岡山市區都市發展脈絡與相關計畫
之發展進程。進而了解在都市環境下，岡山火車站區域所面臨的相關課題與發展困境。
同時參考國內外高架鐵路之案例，歸納整理出高架車站對於改善都市環境的規劃策略，
並依據參考之案例經驗，提出高架岡山火車站的都市設計規劃，以及車站空間之實質
設計操作。
經由都市設計的角度進行岡山火車站之改造，並對於改造後的都市環境及車站空
間提出策略方案與實質構想，期望提升岡山市區的都市生活環境品質以及交通環境便
利，進而創造岡山門戶意象。

Gangshan Railway Station was relocated and expanded to its current location in 1993. After years of development and changes, the development of Gangshan City has gradually expanded and moved slowly to the southwest area. However, commercial activities or policy development are limited to the urban space on the west side of Gangshan Railway Station , there is not even a rear entrance on the east side of the station, which has led to uneven development of business activities and space on both sides of the station for a long time.
This study examines the urban development context and the development process of related plans in Gangshan City through literature collection and current situation analysis. Then understand the related issues and development difficulties faced by the Gangshan Railway Station area in the urban environment. At the same time, referring to the cases of elevated stations at domestic and international, it summarizes the planning strategies of elevated stations for improving the urban environment. Based on the referenced case experience, the urban design planning of the elevated Gangshan Railway Station and the architectural design operation of the station space are proposed.
From the perspective of urban design, the reconstruction of Gangshan Railway Station is expected to improve the quality of urban living environment and convenient transportation environment in the urban area of Gangshan, and then create an image of the Gangshan City.
