  • 在日漸注重環保的時代裡,商品即使有了綠色設計,仍難以保證會在不傷害環境的情況下被使用,或甚至釋放有毒物質,因此在近年出現了產品服務系統(Product-Service-System或PSS)的新概念,理念在基於保護環境的前提下,使商品搭配服務後,能在市場創造更大利益的情況下運作。而目前雖有產品服務系統的案例可參考,但尚缺一套有系統的方法提供開發者參考,本文首先蒐集各種PSS案例,整理出近代常見產品服務系統案例的類型,然後推敲出未來消費模式的趨勢,並將案例以TRIZ在服務領域的詮釋,歸納在各項TRIZ創新法則之下,以供設計者作為PSS模式創新設計參考。著重的點在於,提出環保而且容易為消費者接受,並能用來增加產品價值的PSS創新方法,如果能漸漸將消費者的消費模式導向對環境有益的方向,勢必能輕易提高商品對環境的永續性。

    In recent years, people pay much attention on the environment than before. However, even there is eco-design method to design eco-products, it’s hard to say that all the products are used by an eco-efficiency concept. Therefore, a new concept of Product Service System (called PSS) that defined as a system of products, services, networks of actors and supporting infrastructure that continuously strives to be competitive, satisfy customer needs and has a lower environmental impact than traditional business models is proposed. Though there are many PSS examples can be followed, it still needs a method to provide product designers some inspirations. The TRIZ method is a innovative method for designing the eco-innovative products. In this study, the PSS examples are collected to divide into different categories. Some evolution trends of PSS are also identified. By combining the PSS examples with the 40 innovative principles of TRIZ method, we provide a tool for the designers in generating a new PSS design. It hopes that all eco-products designing by PSS innovative method can be used in an eco-efficiency concept and easily accepted by normal users.
