供應商管理庫存為現今許多企業試圖力行之存貨管理模式,該模式最大的特色就是由供應商來統籌管理零售商之存貨,也就是說在該模式下供應商將決定零售商的補貨時間以及補貨量,同時利用適當的合約限制將零售商的存貨水準控制在一定的範圍之內,並追求供應商與零售商之總體利潤最大化。促銷模式的發起將會對供應鏈的成員造成成本與收益上的影響,良好的控制促銷的相關條件將能使得整體利潤有效的提升。本研究主要在探討供應商管理庫存模式下促銷主導權的對整體供應鏈利潤的影響,其中的促銷則選擇了三種線上最常見的促銷方式,分別為條件式免運費、條件積點制與條件式折扣,並根據不同促銷形式之特性建立數學模式,求解最佳的訂購決策以及促銷條件門檻,求解的結果主要發現促銷模式之選定以及相關的折扣設定會對利潤造成巨量的影響,而積點制與折價促銷在消費者之消費金額平均值偏高時會使得最佳門檻值驟降至零,除此之外,在進行數據分析之後輔以特殊案例之驗證可發現讓零售商享有促銷主導權將能使整體利潤優於或等於供應商主導促銷。
This paper attempts to combine the vendor managed inventory with online promotion method, which separates the whole issue into two parts, the first is VMI, and the other would be promotion. We proposed a model combining VMI with online promotions, which can assist managers when they find it hard to set the exact threshold of promotion or the order size of the inventory. The result turns out to be that three different promotion method affect the final profit in different way. After conducting sensitivity analysis toward several important parameters, we discover that under certain circumstances the threshold of discount and the bonus point should be set as zero in order to avoid profit lost.
