本論文主要研究工作為探討電荷轉移複合共軛有機分子之磁電導效應,我們可由磁電導效應的量測以及模擬所提出的理論機制,經由改變元件電極及電性上的觀察,證實此元件的磁電導效應來源與雙極化子的補陷能階有很大的關係。實驗上利用材料中電荷轉移的特性來探討補陷能階對單載子磁電導效應的貢獻,這些實驗結果大大地映證了有機磁電導模型上單載子雙極化子機制的可能性,並增進了我們對單載子磁電導效應的了解。
In this thesis, the major work is to study the magnetoconductance responses in conjugated organic charge-transfer complexes. We can substantiate the relationship between the magnetoconductance and the trap states of bipolaron by changing the structure and observing the electricl properties of the devices. In the experiment, the charge transfer between the materials show the contribution of trap states to single carrier magnetoconductance. Our results show the validity of bipolaron model in the mechanism of magnetoconductance and give us a better view of the magnetoconductance of single carrier devices.
