公共安全意識的日益抬頭,建築物防災的觀念也漸漸被使用者接受及要求,而在九二一震災後,國內一窩蜂採用耐震性能優良的鋼構造建築物後,鋼構造本身如何增加耐火的性能也漸漸被重視,噴覆式防火被覆材是市面上較常用到的防火材料,本研究主要在探討防火被覆材在火災發生前抵抗破壞之物理性能。
室內型防火被覆材破壞的原因很多,本研究針對不同厚度被覆材噴覆後不同齡期接受風雨模擬作用後的三個階段(1.風雨模擬作用後兩天內之物理性能、2.在28齡期內之成長趨勢、3.第28天齡期之物理性能)物理性能的變化情形來探討被覆材之耐風雨性能。
研究結果發現防火被覆材施做後24小時內,本身即具有抵抗本研究實驗風雨模擬作用的能力,並不需要防雨罩,但受風雨作用兩天內,其他工種進場施作時,仍需避免碰撞到防火被覆材。
Due to the requirement of public safety, the concept of disaster proof on architecture materials is becoming important. Nowadays, many well earthquake-resistant steels have been used on building after the 921 Earthquake. However, the improvement on fire-resistance steels have also attracted much attention. Sprayed fire-resistance materials are commonly used in architecture. This thesis mainly focuses on the fracture-proof of fire-resistance materials before fire accident.
There are many causes on the fracture of interior fire-resistance materials. In this study, the effects of wind and rainfall on the physical properties of sprayed fire-resistance materials with different thickness under various ages are well discussed. These ages include the following three procedures. First is the influence of wind and rainfall on the physical properties of materials in couple days; second is the growing trend in 28 ages and the third part is the physical properties in 28 ages, respectively.
Based on our experimental results, fire-resistance materials themselves possess the protection against the effect from wind and rainfall in 24 hours without any rainproof masks. However, they should be avoided colliding with other building activities.
