本論文的目的為利用並修改免費自由軟體(Freeware)技術來建置網路交流平台以提供專業領域的知識，創造一個可以共同合作、分享彼此的意見與想法，達到知識管理(Knowledge Management，KM)與知識分享(Knowledge Sharing)的目標。為了能快速切入適當主題之相關網頁，網站提供關鍵字搜尋功能，依據關鍵字在內文出現的強度高低列出，同時也提供外部網站搜尋功能，擴大使用者之選擇性。本論文是以專案管理(Project Management)之專業領域為例，盡可能收集相關的資訊以協助使用者找到專業認證執照所需之資料。

In this thesis, a freeware using wiki technology is adopted and modified to construct a platform for providing cooperation and sharing the professional domain knowledge. Via this platform, it can reach the purposes of knowledge management and knowledge sharing. To extend the sources of the resources, the platform also offers searching functions by keywords for both the inside and outside of the websites. The data created for this platform is mainly for helping the users who are interested in passing the professional authentication license.
