近年來,國內越來越多傳統企業轉型為資訊科技業,相對提供了社會許多就業機會。在科學園區中高壓力以及高工時的工作特性,造就許多勞工非凡的成就,但成功的背後伴隨而來的是倦怠的身心以及慢性疾病發生。
本研究的目的在於比較國內新竹科學園區與高雄大發工業區勞工的「工作特性」、「壓力」以及「慢性疾病」三者間的關係,其中慢性疾病會以壓力反應來對照,目的在於提供勞工在工作選擇上或者公司主管在工作設計時的參考,在藥醫產業亦可參考實際數據來了解兩個不同類型工業區勞工身體狀況,期望開發出更多產品造福勞工族群。。
研究方式採立意抽樣(purposive sampling),問卷抽樣對象為新竹科學園區與高雄大發工業區之勞工,探討勞工的工作特性、壓力、壓力反應、慢性疾病罹患狀況、個人因素等條件相關性。回收資料透過信度分析、皮爾森相關分析、t檢定等分析方式檢定研究假說。
新竹科學園區方面經詢問有台積電、聯電、友達、義隆電等等共十八家廠商勞工配合問卷調查,高雄大發工業區方面經詢問有十七家小型企業廠商勞工配合問卷調查。問卷以電子郵件及匿名方式回收,由於事先與廠商勞工窗口聯繫且搭配電子問卷除錯功能,因此本次問卷回收率高並且錯誤率較低,一共發放了800 份問卷,回收792 份,有效樣本數共796 份,回收率99.5%,有效率為99.0%。
研究結果顯示新竹科學園區和高雄大發工業區之罹患疾病分佈狀況有差異,就各疾病層面來看新竹科學園區部份在心臟病、糖尿病、高血脂、痛風、骨骼疏鬆症其罹病比例均高於大發工業區勞工。而大發工業區部分之勞工肥胖、骨骼肌肉傷害、肝指數其罹病比例均高於新竹科學園區。但整體而言,新竹科學園區勞工罹病比例及嚴重性均高於大發工業區勞工。
In recent years, more and more domestic enterprises in transition for the traditional IT industry, relative to provide many job. In the science park, the high pressure and high working hours at the characteristics of the work, creating many labour extraordinary achievement, but behind the success is accompanied by the mental burnout and chronic diseases.
The purpose of this research is to compare the science and traditional industrial parks of work characteristics,sress and chronic disease of the relationship between the three. These chronic diseases will respond to pressure to control, the purpose is to provide labour in the work of choice or the company in charge of the design work of reference. In the drug industry could also make reference to the actual medical data to understand the two different types of industrial district labour’s health, expectations development of more products to the benefit of the labour groups.This research used purposive sampling, a questionnaire subjects for the two industrial areas of labour, on the work of labour, stress, stress response, suffering from chronic disease conditions, personal factors and other conditions relevant. The recall information through reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, t-test and other ways of testing hypotheses.
The part of the Hsinchu science park we have asked the TSMC, UMC, AU Optronics, EMC and so on, a total of 18 manufacturers. The industrial area in Kaohsiung part we have asked a total of 17 small business. By E-mail and anonymous questionnaire to recovery mode. Because we prior contact with the window of manufacturers,and used electronic questionnaire debug features, so this response rate was high and got low error rate, a total of 800 questionnaires were distributed, 792 were recovered, effective samples a total of 796 copies, the recovery rate of 99.5 percent, the sample rate was 99.0 percent.
The results shown that the Hsinchu science industrial park and the industrial area in Kaohsiung suffering from the disease distribution are differences. On the disease level, the Hsinchu science industrial park in most of heart disease, diabetes, high blood lipid, gout, bone disease osteoporosis ratio is higher than the industrial area in Kaohsiung,and some of the industrial workers obesity, skeletal muscle injury, his diseased liver index ratio is higher than the Hsinchu science industrial park. But overall, the Hsinchu science industrial park and the proportion of infected labour were higher than the industrial area in Kaohsiung.
