Normally previous research studied the Task-Technology Fit to team performance and Psychological Contract Violation to team performance, it’s seldom to combine these two theories to discuss the relation between them. In this research, we will not
only discuss how the Task-Technology Fit and Psychological Contract Violation influence project team performance but also the relationship between Project Portfolio Management and team performance. Besides, we will also elaborate the moderating effect of Portfolio Management Office on the relationship between Task Technology Fit, Psychological Contract Violation and project team performance, as well as on the relationship between portfolio selection, reporting, decision-making styles and project team performance.
