本論文之探究係討論數位媒材技術對於設計思考過程中,其所扮演的角色與如何視覺化及進一步運用動態的技術手法,由數位工具延伸提供設計思考的多樣性。主要的議題建立於人的活動與資訊化的情境下,面對設計的過程中賦予設計者的概念發想與如何利用數位工具推演設計及形式的操作。本研究將藉由文獻與案例分析的回顧中,由人的行為模式與設計者對操作數位工具的看法或運用,進一步作為設計演作之基礎。操作手法接續文獻回顧及案例研究所衍生的議題為設計概念,以動態條件為設計前提,點、線、面基本幾何的操作為出發點,以四個數位設計的初探練習為起端,情境條件分別為場域、力量、波頻、骨架塑形,由點發生帶動線性的變化推演面材的形式演變,一系列的連續性變化呈現動態形式情境並詮釋練習過程。將數位設計初探的實驗應用於演作中,探討資訊空間流動與人活動模式間的設計關係發展。於「設計」的流程中,討論如何於概念的觀點、數位技術的輔助與計畫內容三部分取得平衡關係,產生數位化設計條件推展形式的演練操作。
This paper discusses the role and visualization of digital media during design thinking process and applies animation techniques to explore the multiplicity of design thinking. The objective focuses on concept inspiration and form operation based on human activities with the aid of digital tools. The basis of the design operation comes from document reviews and case studies about human behavior and manipulation of digital tools.This paper suggests an animate design starting from basic geometry like points, lines and surfaces, and proceeds with four preliminary practice of digital design in distinct situation such as field, force, wave and skeleton. Series of continuous transformation initiating from points to lines and surfaces present animate form. These design experiments help to clarify the relation between information space flow and human behavior. In the following, the discussion focuses on how designers balance concepts, the assistance of digital technology and program and develops new digital form generation.
