  • 本研究主要在探討2007年8月20日中華航空於日本沖繩那霸機場所發生之飛機火燒事件,此次事件難能可貴之處在於全員均平安生還,這在飛安事件中是非常罕見的。
    在本研究中,透過調查經歷此次事件的乘客,對於客艙安全中客艙疏散一環的意見,瞭解乘客對於當時客艙以及週遭環境的觀察及掌握度,並從乘客觀點觀察飛航組員的情境警覺,以及乘客在遭遇緊急事件時的反應行為,並且對此提出假設,利用歸納法整理乘客的意見去推論假設是否成立。此外,也試著去瞭解乘客對於安全教育的認識,這包括乘客閱讀安全簡報及安全提示卡的閱讀率,並且發現男性閱讀率比女性高,初次搭機的乘客閱讀率高於時常搭機的乘客,而在乘客對於安全教育所重視的項目上,則主要為飛航組員的危機意識,其次為客艙組員對客艙緊急疏散的指揮。
    根據研究結果,發現乘客具備情境警覺對提升乘客生還為一重要因素,此外,建議未來能夠改善對於行動不便及身體不適乘客的幫助,藉此提升客艙安全,並進一步增進飛航安全。

    This study investigates the china airlines accident which happened on August 20th 2007. This is a rare but valuable case due to no one dead in the accident.
    The research focus on two parts and analyze passengers’ real experience from encountering the emergency evacuation process. First, we propose hypotheses and try to know the situation of the cabin evacuation, and crew’s situation awareness from passengers’ point of view with inductive method. Also, to realize the passengers’ behavior when they deal with in an emergency situation. Second, we try to know passengers’ perception of cabin safety related information, for example, the attention of safety demonstration, reading rate of safety card and exploration, in this section we find that the reading rate of male is higher than female’s, and the reading rate of passengers who first time take plane is higher than experienced passengers. Besides, we also try to know the key items of cabin safety education that passengers are most concerned, for example, the crew’s crisis consciousness, and cabin crews who are able to help passengers evacuate in an emergency.
    The results show that how to improve passengers’ situational awareness is essential for further research. Besides, we need to pay more attention to assist passengers with disabilities or illness during an emergency evacuation.
