  • 營造業之產業特性為業務來源不穩定,無特定的業主,因此對未來發展不易做長期規劃,此外,營造業亦為一高風險性行業,其一為工作環境會受氣候及不確定因素影響,其二為施工人員及物料/設備來源不穩定,對於物料/設備供應商不易掌控其到料進度與時程,且工地較一般職場危險性高,造成施工人員流動率大。
    案例公司目前問題是供應商物料延遲進場,無法確切掌握供應商物料進度,影響專案時程進度,延長完工時間,且案例公司須定時派遣人員至供應商確認物料進行催料,造成案例公司人力成本的浪費,與供應商夥伴關係惡劣,不易發展長期合作夥伴關係。
    本研究主要目的是建立e-Kanban系統平台與供應商端連結,將生產指示與交貨指示以電子化方式傳遞給供應商,案例公司可透過e-Kanban系統平台了解供應商的生產狀況,達到即時監控的效果。此外,供應商可依交貨指示將物料在需要的時間送達現場,以解決物料延遲造成專案進度延後的損失。最後再經田口方法分析e-Kanban系統平台的穩健性,並與專家探討此e-Kanban系統平台在實務上的適用性。

    Construction industry is an important part of economic, and is closely related with people's livelihood, it also led the development of related industries. Its industrial characteristics are unstable sources of business, non-specific owners, so it’s difficult to make long-term planning for the future. Construction is also a high-risk industry. First, the working environment will be affected by climate and uncertain factors. And second, construction personnel and materials / equipment sources of instability for suppliers to control their material progress and schedule. Final, the site is high-risk than the general workplace, resulting in a large staff turnover.

    The main problem of case company is delaying of materials, case company can’t exactly grasp the progress of suppliers of materials, and it affects the progress of the project schedule that causes extension of time. Case company must regularly sends personnel to the supplier to confirm the materials, resulting the cost of human resource, it also cause the harsh partnerships with suppliers and difficult to develop long-term partnerships.

    The purpose of the study is to establish e-Kanban system platform which links the case company and suppliers. The e-Kanban system will produce instructions and delivery instructions to vendor. Case company can understand the supplier's production status through e-Kanban system platform, reaching real-time monitoring. In addition, suppliers can deliver the materials at the correct time according the e-Kanban system for solving the delayed problem. Finally, the study analysis the steadiness of the e-Kanban system by Taguchi Methods, and discuss the applicability in practice with experts.
