    • 筆者以為刺青的概念當成是一種連接你我之間精神性的踏板，也是一種認同文化融合的緣故，在本篇論文中的主要焦點是在為我們都市的表皮上刺青、引渡出都市本身的靈性。
    多明尼加的傳統岩石畫的重組，以及圖像的操作練習這兩個方式被筆者挑選為研究上述議題的墊腳石，筆者藉由上述兩個方法創造出九個不同的、全新的圖像來當作創作的泉源，同時也是創作的本身。
    理解重塑都市空間的重要性：這本論文適當的混合部分多明尼加的文化以及台灣社會的現況，提出一個都市開放空間的解決方式也同時呈現出台中作為門戶型都市的計畫，這個計畫結合了機能與美學的景觀設計，並成為都市活動以及人之間互動的連接者。

    Considering the concept of Tattoo as a step closer to the spiritual connection within us and as an excuse to allow the mixture of cultures, in this master thesis the main focus is placed on tattooing our urban skin and marking the soul of our cities.

    For these purposes, a recombination of traditional Dominican petroglyphs, with a group of graphical exercises have been chosen and studied. Creating nine different new graphics that would be considered as generators, units of creation.

    Understanding the importance of recreating the urban space, this thesis blends part of the Dominican culture with the reality of the Taiwanese society; proposing a solution for the design of an open space to be projected as part of the gateway city planning in Taizhong, Taiwan. Implementing a combination of functional and esthetical landscapes to work as connectors of activities and therefore human interaction.
