過去許多關於工作與家庭衝突研究，鮮少以女性創業家為研究對象。然而，根據現今的創業型態變遷，以及政府與民間提供大量且多管道的資源協助女性創業，女創業績效大幅提升，並且已興起一股女性創業的風潮。本研究以已婚女性創業家為研究對象，探討其所面臨工作與家庭衝突的來源以及造成工作滿意度、婚姻滿意度的影響。

本研究以青年創業協會以及飛雁互助協會會員，符合已婚且創業的女性為研究對象，在東部、北部、中部、南部等地區共發出2780份網路問卷以及50份紙本問卷。共回收網路問卷60份並紙本問卷10份，共計70份有效問卷。以SPSS統計軟體進行敘述性統計、因素及信度分析、簡單回歸以及複迴歸分析。研究結果如下：

1.已婚女性創業家的工作時數和工作與家庭衝突為正向關係。
2.已婚女性創業家於例假日工作和工作與家庭衝突為正向關係。
3.已婚女性創業家的孩子個數和工作與家庭衝突無顯著關係
4.已婚女性創業家的最幼小孩年齡和工作與家庭衝突無顯著關係。
5.工作與家庭衝突對於已婚女性創業家的工作滿意度無顯著關係。
6.已婚女性創業家的工作與家庭衝突和婚姻滿意度的為負向關係。

In previous studies on work and family conflict, there are few for female entrepreneurs. Yet recently for the current changing of the entrepreneurial style and resources to assist female entrepreneurs provided by government all increase the booming trend of female entrepreneurship. In this study, we discuss married female entrepreneurs to explore the sources of work and family conflict and their job satisfaction, marriage satisfaction.

This research took married female entrepreneurs of Youth Career Development Association and the Fei Yan Interactive Association as objects, issued 2780 online questionnaires and 50 paper questionnaires, and use SPSS statistical software for descriptive statistics, factor and reliability analysis, regression. The results are as follows:

1.Working hours has a positive relationship with work and family conflict.
2.Working on the holidays has a positive relationship with work and family conflict.
3.Number of children has no significant relationship with work and family conflict.
4.The age of the youngest children of the married female entrepreneurs has no significant relationship with work and family conflict.
5.Work and family conflict of married female entrepreneurs has no significant relationship with job satisfaction.
6.Work and family conflict of married female entrepreneurs has the negative relationship with marriage satisfaction.
